Our Mail In Repairs typically take 3-4 weeks to complete. If you have an existing repair with us, and would like an update, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and please include your order number for reference.
Our repairs are highly skilled work that are always custom due to the nature of shoe, boot and leather repairs.
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping fees, and make sure to label your package as a ‘Return’ on customs documents. Sole Survivor will not pay duties or taxes on return shipments.

We do our best to package your products carefully when they’re being shipped, but sometimes spills or breaks will occur. If your product arrives in bad condition, please snap a couple pictures and send them to us. We will asses the damage and do our best to make you happy.
We ship out our products with Canada Post based on the service you select during checkout. Typically express shipping services are 1-2 business days, and standard shipping services are 2-5 business days.
You bet! We provide tracking information for all orders via an email which we send to you as soon as your package ships from our studio. Tracking is provided by Canada Post - we don't have any influence on tracking or shipping time once your order has left our studio. If you have questions about your tracking, please direct them to Canada Post's customer service team.
We ship throughout all of Canada. Our repairs and product ship from Toronto, Ontario, and we offer shipping rates that are calculated based on your address and the content of your repairs.
